When I arrived at the tow yard, the employee showed a picture of my car in spot 8. She hung up on me multiple times when presented with these facts. No one had parked in spot 6 for the last 2 months, another lie. 5 minutes later she said I was parked in spot 6. When I confronted the employee about 5 never having left their spot all weekend, and that I can knock on the door and ask her, she placed me on hold. When I asked the employee over the phone she continuously changed the reasoning as to why my car was towed. I had to pay $175 to get my car from a tow company that LIED about why they took it. After speaking to the neighbor fastlane said called, it was apparent she made no such call. They said someone called and reported it being in their reserved parking spot.
